These Terms & Conditions govern your use of Stepbybus.com and any quote request, booking, or transport service arranged through it.

1. Our role

Stepbybus arranges ground transport (chauffeured cars, vans and coaches) on your behalf through a network of vetted local operators across Europe, Britain, Asia and Oceania. Actual transport services are delivered by these local partners.

2. Quotes and bookings

Quotes are provided based on the trip details you share and are valid for the period stated in the quote. A booking is confirmed only once you approve the quote in writing and any requested deposit is received.

3. Changes and cancellations

Changes to dates, routes or vehicle type may affect pricing. Cancellation terms will be shared with each individual quote and vary by route, vehicle type and notice period.

4. Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate trip details (dates, headcount, locations).
• Ensure travelers comply with local laws and the operator's vehicle policies.

5. Liability

Stepbybus coordinates transport arrangements; liability for the transport service itself rests with the operating local partner, in line with applicable local regulations.
